Located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore, Marina One is an iconic integrated development in Marina Bay, comprising luxury residences, unique retail offerings, and Grade-A offices. The green features of Marina One are as the followings:

1. Optimized building orientation and façade to reduce heat gain and glare on the office floor plates by 20%.

2. Environmentally friendly green building products.

3. Water efficient features including rainwater harvesting.

4. Energy efficient features such as regenerative lift braking, LED lighting controlled by motion sensors and advanced air handling units.

5. Greenery at its core and sky gardens to reduce the heat island effect and improve air quality.

6. Environmental Management practice implemented throughout the construction process.
