This database offers creative lesson plans, labs, projects and other activities for grades K-12 on energy-related topics. The lessons can be incorporated into the classroom and are intended to educate students on energy related topics.  The database can be refined by grad level and subject matter.  Each lesson plan identifies time required, materials needed, and national standards addressed.

The database can be searched by topic (Biomass, buildings, energy basics, energy efficiency and conservation, geothermal, hydrogen and fuel cells, hydropower, solar, vehicles, and wind energy), by grade levels (k-4, 5-8, 9-12), and by term or phrase. Lessons can be saved to the educators' desktops.
