Most governments of the world have recognized the need to establish and implement national sustainable development programmes that requires high participatory instruments intended to ensure socially responsible economic development, which protects our natural resources and environment. This document is a stepping stone towards achieving the government vision of seeing Putrajaya and Cyberjaya becoming pioneer green townships in Malaysia.
