  • CCIT Comprehensive Energy Management for Building

    Central Chest Institute of Thailand (CCIT) is located in Nonthaburi District; Nonthaburi Province covered the area of 81,609.2 square meters. CCIT is the regional (center) hospital owned by Department of Medical Services. Because of the overflow of patients and according to the slogan “We will always take care of your heart and your health” for regional hospital, so in present day, we have expanded and constructed our institute into the size (total: 15 buildings) and service space to eventually become 400-beds regional hospital. The major energy resources of CCIT are composed of three types: 1) Electricity, 2) Diesel Oil and, 3) LPG, with the average of total energy consumption of 21,351,926.27 MJ/Year, In specific, old record also reveals that the major division, influencing the most on the highest consumption of energy, was an in-patients services together with an average increasing. Such data are sufficient and has revived interest in the energy conservation at CCIT. This program has, been conducted in order to receive the highest saving of energy consumptions/ expenditures with remains of the best services. Through the vision of the CCIT director and CCIT lead team, the Energy Conservation Committee (ECC) was to manage energy conservation in the CCIT, which consists of. With the active ECC team, energy specialist and engineer consultants, supporting member of energy conservation (SMEC) and employees serve as the operating team to drive the “always ready to take care” organization with the full support of CEOs’ which led us to energy efficiency index reduce 12.76% (2009-2011) This achievement was brought about by 3P; Place, People and, Process, concomitantly with the 8 steps for energy conservation set forth by the Ministry of Energy of Thailand.

  • Banknote Management Group Energy Conservation Campaign

    The Banknote Management Group Facility, Bank of Thailand was officially started to operate on Monday, October 15,2007 Its main function is to produce and release of new notes also to collect old to be recycled from the circulation. The organization structure is divided into five main departments; Banknote Issues Department, Note Printing Work Department, Banknote Strategic Planning Department, Accounting and Supply Department, and Human Resource Management and Development Department. The Banknotes Management Group Facility has moved from the Bank of Thailand Headquarter in Bnag-Khumprom District, Bangkok with the constrained of the location. The location was simply too limited for any expansion of the facility and the upgrade to accommodate the increased volume of the banknotes production. Therefor the Bnak of Thailand had approved of the new Banknotes production facility site at Tambon Khun Kaeo Nakhon Chai Si district. Nakhon Pathom with the area of 60 acres, the new location is also plentiful for the future expansion.

  • CentralPlaza Khonkaen Shopping Complex

    CentralPlaza Khonkaen building was designed with the blend of the beauty and the Thai cultural stylist art.The team of famous architects designed the unique outdoor structure in shape of “Keankadeeb” (Thai local sticky rice container) in height of 30 meters and 138 meters in length. The Keankadeeb structure is also the sun light shading for the building wall. The interior is also furnished with modern design of the inspiration of the Northeast Thai cultural style.   • Energy Complex (EnCo)

    The ENCO has been described as Thailand’s first truly energy efficient property development and was designed under the LEED system. Founded on August 11, 2004, the Energy Complex Co., Ltd .(EnCo) is responsible for the project construction and operational management of this national energy center, with the aim of combining architectural and
    engineering innovations into the Energy Complex as following.

  • Successful Energy Management in C.P. Tower Silom

    C.P. Tower Silom is the building managed by C.P. Land Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the C.P.Group (Charoen Pokphand Group). The Building was constructed and opened in 1989 with an objective to use it as leased office space for general lessees and with the proportion of lease space of more than 80 % being leased to affiliates of the C.P.Group. The Building attaches utmost importance to the conservation of energy with the announcement made by C.P. Group on the Energy Conservation in 2004 and with an established a target for every organization to reduce the energy cost as much as to 20 percent.

  • Yingge – Waterfront Cultural Town

    Chinese Taipei is rebuilding the urban active function of the Yingge Riverbank and developing an integrated low-carbon and cultural town. Yingge will meet demand for economic and residential activities through land use planning in addition to reexamining proper land use and a timely adjustment to possible disasters and environmental impacts. In addition, the development of spatial order is effectively guided to define the role and find the competitiveness in resource integration and utilization for urban and town adaptive development.

PREDIS supports both the ENSE3 (Energy, Water and Environmental Sciences Graduate School and from Grenoble-INP) and research laboratories as G2ELAB (Grenoble Electrical engineering Laboratory), as well as G-SCOP and GIPSA-Lab.

    L2EP has developed an original laboratory facilities called “Distributed Energy platform” to achieve some research and development for different Smart Grid applications.

    TECNALIA Research & Innovation test facilities for smart grids are organised around INGRID – Tecnalia Smart Grids laboratory and interoperability center.
